Becoming a man is a journey and a process. It’s not an event that happens overnight.Growth is a continuous thing. Great fathers are growing men. 

Everything God created has the capacity to grow. If you’re not growing then you’re aging and dying. Let me also remind you, growth doesn’t come cheap and sometimes it can be painful. 

A child would act first before thinking, or understanding, but the progression is different for a man. He thinks, understands and then acts. If you’re still impulsive or sentimental in your decision making you need to grow sir. 

Your words and actions are the direct revelation of the level of your growth. When you become a man your value system changes, your priorities also change. Growth is inside out sir.  

Forget the body structure, real growth is invisible with visible evidence. 

One of the key evidence that you have grown as a man is your capacity to solve problems. If you’re the one causing problems at home, daddy, you’re still a child. Please grow up. 

Growing men take responsibility, boys avoid them and trade blames. Real men sow their seeds, boys throw theirs around. That’s why you see a lot of baby mama in town. 

Our world needs real men who will help father the next generation.  Make sure you’re not just aging but growing.
